Hello Adventures and welcome back to my cookie recipe series. If you like peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, and M&Ms these are the perfect cookies for you. My Mom taught me how to make these amazing cookies when I was younger and I have been making them since. These cookies are also naturally gluten free so my Mom, who has a gluten intolerance, can enjoy them as much as the rest of the family can. Now onto the recipe.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Butter ( Unsalted )
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 4 1/2 cups Oatmeal
- 6 oz Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 pound M&Ms
Is it just me or does anyone else just pour how ever much M&Ms and chocolate chips as your heart desires into the batter and just ignore the recipe? Please comment down below if you do that as well.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together sugars, peanut butter and softened butter. Add eggs, vanilla, and baking soda. Mix well.
Stir in oatmeal, then chocolate chips and M&Ms.
I use my 1/4 cup ice cream scoop to equally scoop the dough onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Flatten the dough balls slightly with your fingers.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown on the edges. Do not over bake, if you want nice soft cookies.
Then once they are out of the oven let them sit on the pan for 5 to 10 minutes so they can set up, before moving them to a cooling rack.
Then enjoy. These cookies freeze beautifully so the are the perfect to make ahead of time and just put them in the freezer.

Comment down below any other cookies that you would like to be featured in my next post. Until the next adventure,
Love, Payton
