Hello Adventurers and welcome back to another post! My sweet little cousin had a Birthday get-together with the family, so I being the family’s resident baker, of course had to bring something special for her. I have been wanting to make Unicorn cupcakes for a while now and my little cousin loves unicorns, so it was the perfect fit. I used my favorite chocolate cupcake recipe because chocolate is her favorite. I also made my favorite vanilla frosting recipe so I could do a bunch of different colors to make it more unicorn like. I made sure to leave one cupcake without frosting for the birthday girl because she doesn’t like frosting. I could only find 1 package of unicorn horns and ears cupcake toppers at my nearby Walmart, so I had to improvise a little bit and use some mermaid cupcake toppers I already had on hand. Though there was a little improvisation they turned out exactly how I wanted them to. I’m very thankful I was able to make something for her birthday and be able to celebrate with her. Now here are a few pictures of the cupcakes that Taylor, my wonderful little sister, had taken for me.

I hope you enjoyed this post, comment down below if you like your cupcakes with or without frosting. I will be continuing my cookie recipe series in my next post, so if there are any cookies I should include or any cookies you want a recipe for please let me know. Until the next adventure,
Love, Payton
I love frosting on my cupcakes and you know my favorite are monster cookies or sugar cookies.
